For all teaching positions, you should:

  • have a relevant honours degree/PGCE, preferably with experience in teaching I/GCSE, AS/A-levels and/or IB.
  • be a native English speaker (or have near native fluency, with the exception of language teachers who should nevertheless be able to communicate effectively in English)
  • have the ability to teach a second subject to lower year groups (an advantage)

Job responsibilities are:

  • teaching language/academic subject courses to classes, small groups and individuals
  • monitoring and evaluating students’ performance and progress, providing appropriate feedback to parents and managers
  • providing reports each term for all students attending their classes
  • contributing to course development through the production of lesson plans as required
  • attending teacher planning and information sessions 

All applicants must have:

  • relevant teaching qualifications
  • at least one year's teaching experience
  • a permanent/dependent working visa or have sideline visa permission from their Hong Kong employer (we can only accept applications from candidates currently based in Hong Kong)

ITS Education Asia is seeking a part-time English language tutor

Duties:

  • Conduct Phonics, General English, School Interview and Writing courses to students aged 3 to 12-years-old
  • Collaborate actively with other English teachers on lesson planning as well as preparing teaching materials
  • Integrate observation and evaluation of individual students into lesson planning
  • Complete written reports on student's learning and behavioural performance
  • Complete education research for company internal purposes

Requirements:

  • University graduate or undergraduate in English or a related field
  • A native English speaker
  • Minimum of 5 years’ teaching experience
  • Available on Wednesdays to Saturdays

Vocational trainers/teachers/instructors

We are also keen to work with educators who can offer instruction in vocational and/or professional areas. Examples include accountancy, book-keeping, photography, software, and art. The list is extremely long. We get many queries for these types of courses and would like to be able to cater to this need. If you are interested please contact us to discuss the possibilities. Full-time Management Trainee (Education Sector)

ITS Educational Services Ltd. is Hong Kong’s original educational consultancy providing international school educational planning for families moving to or within Hong Kong, Singapore and other parts of Asia. We help clients (families or corporate HR) from initial consultation through school searches, interview preparation, and ultimately school placements. We are expanding and looking for a candidate who is highly motivated and capable of learning the ins and outs of the often complicated international schooling system in Hong Kong.

The right candidate should:

  • have a relevant degree: Education; English Language; Linguistics; Social Sciences; Journalism or related (new graduates will be considered).
  • be a native English speaker (or have near native fluency – ability in Cantonese/Mandarin & basic translation skills a plus).
  • have good writing/editing and communication skills.
  • be comfortable interacting with both adults and young children
  • have strong interpersonal/customer service skills

Initial job responsibilities are:

Working closely with the current Director to learn all aspects of the business, including but not limited to (depending on candidate):

  • data mining/research in the educational sector of Hong Kong and Asia
  • liaising with school admissions and marketing teams
  • assisting with school placements
  • observing and reporting on students prior to school interviews
  • teaching/coaching
  • coordinating with administration staff & external parties
  • developing marketing strategies/social media

Indicative salary range HKD20,000 to 25,000/ month.

Administrator (Customer Service - MNC) FT or PT

Job Responsibilities:

  • Performing general clerical and office administration tasks
  • Handling enquiries from students, parents and staff
  • Supporting office operations and programs

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or above; experience in an administration setting is preferred but not essential
  • Self-motivated, good communication skills, and the ability to multi-task
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (basic translation skills a plus)
  • Good IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • 12 days’ Annual Leave (for FT)
