Note that each exam will be enrolled on a first- come, first-served basis. Please allow 5-7 working days to receive your invoice. All invoices for enrolment must be paid by 1pm on the second working day after your invoice date. Failure to do so will mean your enrolment is not processed as it is unfair to those in the waitlist. If you miss payment and then wish to re-enrol AND space is still available, THEN a 20% surcharge will be levied to cover additional administration costs.
Subjects available at ITS can be seen in the form. If a subject is not in the form, it is not available. Ensure you enroll correctly. Double check all information and ensure your options and photo submissions are correct (where applicable). Incorrect enrolment forms will not be processed and you may miss out on a seat.
If you are applying for Access Arrangements (such as extra-time), supporting document must be submitted at the time of enrolment. You cannot apply for AA later. If you do not declare a need for AA on your form and request them later, it is highly unlikely they can be approved.
If the medical evidence is insufficient, you will be asked to replace it. Please note that in this case, the fee charged will depend on when the correct documents were received, not when the first enrolment was made as we cannot process partial applications. If we did not contact you regarding insufficient documents and you have received a Statement of Entry as enrolment confirmation, it means Pearson has approved and granted your AA when we enrol you.
Note that due to logistical limitations, ITS can only host a maximum of 25% extra-time. Supervised Rest Breaks may be possible depending on the exam location, time and duration, but cannot be guaranteed. In any case, Access Arrangements cannot be processed after Regular-Fee enrolment deadline.
Note that the dates and times of these exams are fixed by Pearson under the rules of the UK government and cannot be changed.
IMPORTANT: There are no refunds of examination fees. Do not enrol until you are sure you want to take the examinations you are considering.

REGULAR-FEE PERIOD : Monday, 21 September 00:00 am – Wednesday, 7 October 12:59 pm
ENROLMENT CLOSE : Wednesday, 7 October 13:00 pm
Once we have received your completed form, we will issue an exam invoice within 5-7 working days. All invoices must be paid before 1pm by the 2nd working day after your invoice date.
