Fees at international schools in Hong Kong rise by 8.5%

Living in Hong Kong, a rise in the cost of education would not surprise anyone. What is surprising is that Hong Kong ranks 10^th in the world as most expensive. China is the most expensive, followed by Switzerland, Belgium, Britain, and Singapore.
