Record numbers of students from mainland China and Hong Kong are applying for places at British universities, with the number of applications from China and Hong Kong for undergraduate positions at UK universities rising from than 17,000 last year to more than 21,000 this year.
Last year there were also more than 100,000 postgraduate students from China and Hong Kong at British universities, out of nearly 350,000 full-time postgraduates.
So it would appear that fears of BREXIT have not impacted in a negative way the desire for Chinese people to access UK universities.
