My experience thus far has been wonderful. I have even booked two more examinations. Being away from home and having the opportunity to do distance education is already a blessing. However, having them there to invigilate my exams has made me truly appreciate the ability to educate myself while abroad. Here are some reasons why I liked the service. Firstly, they allowed the customer to pay when they arrive for the examination or pay in advance. Giving customers that freedom allows there to be trust to be built. Secondly, they respond in a very professional and timely manner. I also enjoyed the opportunity to study a little before my exam, as I came early. They only room for improvement I would say would be to have an area where it can be closed off from other people in the event that a tutoring lesson is going on. I ended up learning about the viscosity of water and why soap helps remove dirt off of a bicycle rather than just using water alone. It was a fun lesson and made me really interested in physics for that brief moment, however, I was trying to study for a global management finals. Nevertheless, I could have asked if there was another room for me to use therefore, I still believe my experience was a really good one. Free physics lesson and all. I have even recommended this company to some of my business partners that deal in the education consulting industry as a place to have their students take practice SAT, IELTS, and TOEFL exams. I truly hope they utilize the service.
