They can be patient and understanding with their students and learn how to communicate with them effectively so they can find various different strategies in teaching their students. Besides that, they must know not to put their student under too much pressure or stress them out with the workload. There must be a lot more interacting in tutoring rather than just making their student do paper work. In addition, they should make learning fun.

I would like to pursue studying Education in my tertiary education. This job is the perfect opportunity for me to gain hands-on experience in a professional environment and reinforce my passion for the course. Apart from that, I can also develop my communication and problem-solving skills. This would give me an advantage when studying in university. I am very enthusiastic at the prospect of being an English tutor, and I believe that I would be an ideal match for this position as I posses the right capabilities and skills to carry out the essential tasks of this job perfectly.
