I think tutoring is a meaningful job that can help students to achieve good grades, and help them to gain confidence in studying. I can gain much satisfaction through helping students to understand some concepts they are confused and when they attain high grades in tests and exams.

I have experience in tutoring. I have the knowledge and skills to teach as I got 5* in BAFS and Math, and 5 in M2 in DSE. I have strong understanding towards these subjects and I can explain the concepts clearly. Moreover, I am also patience that when students do not understand even after I explain, I will think of other methods to explain instead of just leave it.

It can be achieved by encouraging them to identify their strengths and improve their shortcomings by providing constructive feedback, providing positive reinforcement, and setting attainable goals. It is imperative to encourage students when they have difficulties. In this way, students are more likely to engage in learning and achieve better results when they feel confident. Additionally, it is also of paramount importance for a tutor to motivate students to learn proactively. To achieve this, lessons can be made more interesting. For example, real-life examples can be used to arouse students' interests, and to demonstrate how the material can be applied in real-life situations. The ability to persist with studies and achieve better results is more likely when a student is motivated.
