As children spend more and more time on their phones, an active lifestyle has become difficult to maintain. How can we encourage children to be more active in school, without making it a choice between more hours of PE vs. Math, English or Science? Make academic lessons more physically active. A new study conducted by Emma Norris and her colleagues at UCL presents a possible solution to the sedentary lifestyle (and its consequences) that have plagued school age children.
